What a gem! The hotel is nothing fancy but great clean rooms, comfy beds. Private pool steps from the beach. The staff is wonderful, feel like you are home. Having full kitchen is nice, we like to dine at night but to eat healthy and be active the rest of the day. This was a perfect spot for us. So many awesome restaurants close by , look forward to returning in April and beyond.

My family needed to find a place that would accept our pets while our home is under construction. I wanted to make the best of a bad situation for my 2 kids, our 2 dogs & our cat. What we found at The Merriweather Resort is better than any trip to Disney, and in our own backyard. Our room has a full size kitchen & overlooks the ocean and the pool.

Have you ever found something so special and so lovely that part of wanted to selfishly keep it a secret? Well, that about sums up my stay at the Merriweather Resort. However, Mary Jo and the whole Merriweather team works so hard that I must give them the credit they so well earned. The Merriweather is absolutely a home away from home. The place is immaculately cleaned and well stocked.
