Merriweather Resort is a pet friendly hotel in Fort Lauderdale where well-behaved dogs are always welcome. We know pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to make them part of ours while you enjoy a relaxing beach vacation just steps from Fort Lauderdale Beach.

• At check-in you will be required to pay a non-refundable cash fee.
• ALL pets must be checked-in with the office.
• Pet owners are completely responsible for cleaning up after their own pet.
• All pets must be on a leash while on our property.
• Sofas and arm chairs must be covered while there is a pet in your room.  Please ask the office for “pet sheets” for this purpose.
• Not all pets enjoy travelling.  If your pet does not like to left alone or barks excessively, you may want to consider alternate arrangements while you vacation.
